嘉義布袋的洲南鹽場為是1824年,由政府闢建的天然日晒鹽場,仍保留傳統日晒產鹽的方式,時間,醞釀這款豆豉的風味更醇濃厚實,洲南鹽場僅以台糖二砂及甘草片熬煮湯汁來調味,用來煮湯、炊飯、蒸魚、熱炒,都很適宜。貼標視覺設計以“時間”、“黃豆”兩者為元素,利用漸變的效果呈現時間演化的過程,並且加上燙印金色的質感,提升這款蔭黃豆豉淬煉後的精華。
The Zhou Nan Salt Field in Budai, Chiayi is a natural sun-dried salt field built by the government in 1824. It still retains the traditional way of producing salt in the sun. Time, the flavor of this tempeh is more mellow and rich. Sand and licorice slices are boiled in soup for seasoning. They are suitable for soups, rice, steamed fish, and stir-frying. The visual design of the labeling uses "time" and "soybean" as the elements, and uses the gradient effect to present the process of time evolution, and adds the golden texture of hot stamping to enhance the essence of this dark yellow fermented soy sauce.
